First thing we like to do is to hit the streets in the city of Buenos Aires without any plans in place. We like to get the feel of the city.
We were planning on having breakfast but we ended up having brunch at The Food Truck Store where we had a salmon panini and a cream cheese bagel with coffees. The salmon panini was quite nice but the bagel isn’t what we are used to.
Then it was off again hitting the streets. Through our travels we visited several of our intended sites during our time here. We got to see the Obelisco right in the heart of the city. We visited Eva Peron’s burial site at Cemeterio de la Recoletta and the church/historical site beside it.
We ended up having dinner at our Airbnb hosts recommended restaurant ‘Tupe Parilla Urbana’. We ordered the blood sausage (it was great), tripe (one of us enjoyed it more than the other), and two different steak options which were cooked to our tastes. The red wine that we ordered was really good and so cheap in comparison to restaurants at home.
